Intake Director- Client Services Division
Intake Director- provides direction and leadership for the Intake/Admissions Department in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Department. The Director is responsible for the clinical leadership and coordination of patient flow and staff productivity. The Director promotes a climate of effective performance through role modeling, willingness to learn and teach, and availability to patients and staff. The Director assures smooth and orderly admissions into the hospital. Receives incoming admission inquiry calls, assesses patients for admission, and makes appropriate referrals. The Director also schedules staff and provides task assignment and accountability necessary to complete all admissions related duties for their shift.
Client Services Coordinator- Client Services Division
The Client Services Coordinator will support the Client Services Team in all aspects of the campaign life cycle: from pre through post-sales. This person will be responsible for developing inspiring, innovative, and strategic digital marketing campaigns for top tier advertisers along with providing support for clients' needs to ensure expected delivery and client satisfaction. You must have a finger on the pulse of the industry and its competitive trends, be forward-thinking, and not afraid to voice suggestions and propositions.
